Terrace Houses require a separate add-on ticket. Allow 45–60 extra minutes if you plan to visit them.
The museum in Selçuk town displays artefacts from Ephesus and is well worth a visit.
Located on Bulbul Mountain, the House of Virgin Mary has its own entrance fee and opening schedule.
Early morning (08:00–10:00) is ideal in summer: cooler temperatures, fewer crowds, and better light for photography. In winter, midday visits are comfortable. Avoid weekends and public holidays if possible for a quieter experience.
